Professional accompaniment
When we enter into a relationship with a client we never coach the company, we coach those individuals who are leading the company, either individually or as a group. A company is nothing without its individual members, and its leaders are those members who are most influential within the company, and who would like professional accompaniment along the challenging and usually lonely path of leading the company towards its natural optimal performance. We align with them and facilitate them towards leading optimally and even more successfully.

In meeting with a company’s individuals we first meet their questions, exploring their whole situation, and learning about the organisation through their minds and eyes. We design processes and organise meetings, and we help create thoughts, exercises and images that lead them towards an emergence of greater perspective, light and clarity. We accompany them towards a stage within which they can get a clear grip on their problem, can recognise their own ability to add value, can resolve the respective issue, and can move on towards greater success.
 
 
Operational and developmental issues
Our work with clients typically connects operational and developmental issues, both of the individuals and the organisation. Above all, however, we always connect to work. Work is always what drives and excites individuals, and our expertise is in accompanying leaders in their conscious engagement with both their own and the company’s deep-drivers of unique capability and purpose, and with their motivation to bring meaning and value into the world through their creation and delivery of their products or services.
