Connection to purpose is what defines a sentient organisation – one that is aware of and consciously lives its optimal uniqueness, engaging all stakeholders within the committed and disciplined execution of its unique emergent vision. Highly successful companies such as Amazon, Apple, Ikea, McDonald’s and Unilever are all sentient organisations. We help our clients to build that kind of sentience. We help them to clarify their organisation’s unique purpose (the ‘what’) and we facilitate the co-creative processes that are necessary to implement it (the ‘how’). We accompany and partner them throughout the transformation, shepherding the cross-function and inter-silo co-creation that connects all stakeholders to purpose, and that brings coherence to complexity and change in a way that the whole is far greater than the sum of the parts.

Intellectual property
We have many years of experience of organising and guiding Emergent Vision within a wide variety of organisations, from SMEs to MNCs. Our intellectual property lies primarily in the Stellar® strategy architecture, the Iterance® process architecture, and the Sentience® Scan, all focused around the techniques of open-process Co-creation within worlds of complexity and change. We help to connect all stakeholders to the organisation’s unique purpose and all decisions to a realisable vision, building a fully-focused business with everyone optimally operational, both individually and collectively.
